Our watches are offered exclusively at dumoreau.com. In order to offer the best price to end consumers, we cannot offer our watches through distributors or other retailers.

Where do you ship watches from and what are the taxes and custom fees?
All DUMOREAU watches are shipped from our workshop in Huntington Beach, California. Sales tax is only applied to California customers. International customs fees are not our responsibility and are calculated by the commerce laws of each country. Buyers are responsible for paying import duties in their own countries.

What is your warranty?
All DUMOREAU watches have a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material, manufacturing, and mechanical defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches on the case, bracelet, and crystal. Any damage to any part of the watch, resulting from abusive use, negligence, or accidents will not be covered.
